欢迎您使用四川思越星河科技有限公司的产品和服务!您的信任对我们非常重要,我们深知个人信息对您的重要性,我们将严格遵守按法律法规要求,采取相应安全保护措施,尽力保护您的个人信息安全可控。 鉴此,Visiostar服务提供者(或简称“我们”)制定本《隐私权政策》(下称“本政策”)帮助您充分了解在您使用我们产品和服务的过程中,我们会如何处理您的个人信息以及您可以如何管理您的个人信息,以便您更好地作出适当的选择。
如你是企业客户,请同时查看《服务协议》。在我们为你处理客户数据的场景中,你通常是个人信息处理者/控制者,我们按你的书面指示处理。

1. 我们收集的信息
我们可能收集以下类别个人信息(具体以你填写/使用场景为准):

身份与联系信息:姓名、手机/电话、邮箱、公司/门店名称、城市、职位等;

账号与使用信息:登录名、角色、操作日志、设备信息(浏览器、操作系统、IP、语言、时区、屏幕分辨率等)、访问记录与错误日志;

业务信息:门店诊断需求、项目推进记录、售后工单、付款/发票信息(如涉及收款开票);
Cookies 与同类技术:用于会话保持、偏好设置、统计分析与广告归因(详见第 7 条);

敏感个人信息:一般不主动收集;若特定场景确需(例如实名认证),我们会单独告知并取得明示同意。
我们不针对未成年人提供服务。如你为未成年人,请在监护人同意和指导下使用;如你是监护人并发现我们误收集,请立即联系我们删除。
2. 我们如何使用你的个人信息(目的与法律依据)

履行合同/提供服务:创建账号、开通功能、实施交付、运维支持、开票与收费(法律依据:履行合同、合法权益);

沟通与客服:回访、答疑、发送服务变更/安全通知(法律依据:履行合同、法定义务、合法权益);

优化与安全:统计分析、性能与安全监测、故障排查、防滥用、防欺诈(法律依据:合法权益、法定义务);

市场与活动:在获得你选择性同意后,向你发送活动/白皮书/课程/产品更新等;你可随时退订;

符合法律要求:配合监管、税务、司法、执法机关在法定权限内的合法要求。
3. 我们如何共享与委托处理
我们不会将你的个人信息出售给第三方。我们可能在下列情况下共享/委托处理:

子处理者/供应商:云计算/存储、短信/邮件、客服系统、统计分析、支付、日志/监控等,为提供服务所必需;

关联公司:在必要且受本政策约束的范围内用于统一管理与交付;

法律要求:为履行法律义务、执行法院命令、行政机关要求或保护我们/用户安全与权益;
-
合并/重组:如涉及公司控制权变更,我们会要求继受方继续受本政策约束,并在必要时征得你的同意。我们会与受托方签署数据处理协议,要求其仅为指定目的、按我们的要求并采取适当安全措施处理信息。
4. 跨境传输
如涉及将个人信息传输至境外(例如使用境外云服务/邮件系统),我们会依法履行安全评估、个人信息保护认证、标准合同、影响评估、告知与明示同意等义务,并确保境外接收方承担不低于本政策的保护义务。
5. 信息保存与期限
我们在为实现目的所必需的最短期间内保存个人信息。超出期限或你主动删除/注销账号后,我们将删除或匿名化处理;法律法规另有规定或争议解决所需除外。

6. 你的权利
你有权依法行使以下权利(可通过账号设置或联系我们实现):

查询/复制;更正/补充;删除;撤回同意;账户注销;限制/反对处理(在适用法律允许时);数据可携带权(在适用法律允许时)。
我们将在法定期限内处理你的请求。为保护安全,我们可能需要验证你的身份。如涉及他人权益或法律限制的情形,可能无法完全满足。
7. Cookies 与同类技术
我们使用必要性 Cookie(站点运行所必需)与分析/功能性 Cookie(改善体验、统计与归因)。

你可以在浏览器中清除/阻止 Cookie,但可能影响部分功能。

若使用第三方统计/广告工具(如 Google Analytics、友盟等),以其政策为准;我们会尽量提供拒绝或退订选项。
8. 信息安全
我们实施访问控制、加密传输、最小权限、日志审计、漏洞修复、备份与容灾等措施,降低风险。
尽管已尽合理努力,但任何系统都无法保证 100% 安全。发生安全事件时,我们将按法律要求进行告知并采取补救措施。
9. 第三方链接
我们的网站可能包含指向第三方网站/服务的链接(如合作伙伴、案例报道)。你访问该等链接将适用第三方的政策,我们不对其行为承担责任。
10. 未成年人保护
我们不会主动面向 14 周岁以下未成年人提供服务并收集其个人信息。如你认为我们误收集,请及时联系我们删除。
11. 本政策的变更
我们可能不时更新本政策。重大变更将以公告或邮件方式提示。更新后如你继续使用,即视为接受。

Notice
Welcome to the products and services of Sichuan Siyue Xinghe Technology Co., Ltd. Your trust is very important to us. We fully understand the importance of personal information to you. We will strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations, adopt appropriate security safeguards, and strive to keep your personal information secure and under control.
Accordingly, the Visiostar service provider (hereinafter “we” or “us”) formulates this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to help you fully understand how we handle your personal information during your use of our products and services, and how you can manage your personal information, so that you can make appropriate choices.
If you are an enterprise customer, please also review the Service Agreement. In scenarios where we process Customer Data on your behalf, you are usually the personal information controller/processor (as applicable), and we process data according to your written instructions.Effective Date: March 10, 2025
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information (subject to the data you provide and the context of use):
Identity & Contact Information: name, mobile/telephone number, email, company/store name, city, job title, etc.;
Account & Usage Information: login ID, role, operation logs, device information (browser, OS, IP, language, time zone, screen resolution, etc.), access records and error logs;
Business Information: store diagnostic requirements, project progress records, after-sales tickets, payment/invoicing information (where billing is involved);
Cookies & Similar Technologies: used for session maintenance, preference settings, analytics and attribution (see Section 7);
Sensitive Personal Information: generally not collected proactively; if specific scenarios require it (e.g., real-name verification), we will provide separate notice and obtain explicit consent.
We do not provide services targeted at minors. If you are a minor, please use our services with your guardian’s consent and guidance. If you are a guardian and discover that we have inadvertently collected a minor’s data, please contact us immediately for deletion.
2. How We Use Your Personal Information (Purposes & Legal Bases)
Contract Performance / Service Delivery: account creation, feature enablement, implementation and delivery, operations support, invoicing and fees
(Legal bases: contract performance, legitimate interests).
Communication & Support: callbacks, Q&A, service change/security notices
(Legal bases: contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests).
Optimization & Security: statistics and analytics, performance and security monitoring, troubleshooting, anti-abuse and anti-fraud
(Legal bases: legitimate interests, legal obligation).
Marketing & Events: with your opt-in consent, we may send information about events/white papers/courses/product updates; you may unsubscribe at any time.
Compliance with Law: responding to lawful requests from regulators, tax authorities, judicial or law-enforcement agencies within their statutory powers.
3. Sharing & Commissioned Processing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share/entrust processing in the following situations:
Sub-processors / Vendors: cloud computing/storage, SMS/email, customer service systems, analytics, payment, logging/monitoring, etc., as necessary to provide the services;
Affiliates: within the necessary and Policy-bound scope for unified management and delivery;
Legal Requirements: to fulfill legal obligations, execute court orders or administrative requests, or protect the safety and rights of us and users;
Mergers / Reorganizations: where a change in corporate control occurs, we will require the successor to continue to be bound by this Policy and, where necessary, obtain your consent.
We will sign data-processing agreements with entrusted parties, requiring them to process information only for specified purposes, per our instructions, and with appropriate security measures.
4. Cross-Border Transfers
If personal information needs to be transferred outside of China (e.g., by using overseas cloud/email services), we will fulfill obligations under applicable law, including—but not limited to—security assessment, personal information protection certification, standard contractual clauses, impact assessments, notice and explicit consent, and we will ensure the overseas recipient assumes protections no less stringent than those under this Policy.
5. Retention & Storage Period
We retain personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes stated. After the period expires or upon your active deletion/account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize the data, unless otherwise required by laws/regulations or necessary for dispute resolution.
For the retention and deletion of Customer Data, please refer to the Service Agreement.
6. Your Rights
You have the right—under applicable law—to exercise the following (via account settings or by contacting us):
Access/Copy;
Rectification/Supplementation;
Deletion;
Withdrawal of Consent;
Account Cancellation;
Restrict/Oppose Processing (where permitted by law);
Data Portability (where permitted by law).
We will handle your request within statutory time limits. To protect security, we may need to verify your identity. Where requests involve others’ rights or are restricted by law, we may be unable to fully comply.
7. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use necessary cookies (essential for site operation) and analytics/functional cookies (to improve user experience, statistics, and attribution).
You may clear/block cookies in your browser, though doing so may impact certain functions.
If third-party analytics/advertising tools are used (e.g., Google Analytics, Umeng), their own policies apply; we will make best efforts to provide opt-out or unsubscribe options.
8. Information Security
We implement measures such as access control, encrypted transmission, least privilege, log auditing, vulnerability remediation, backups and disaster recovery to reduce risk.
Despite reasonable efforts, no system can guarantee 100% security. In the event of a security incident, we will notify you and take remedial actions as required by law.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites/services (e.g., partners, case studies). Your access to such links is governed by the third parties’ own policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
10. Protection of Minors
We do not proactively provide services to, or collect personal information from, children under 14 years old. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us promptly for deletion.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by announcement or email. Your continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to the Chengdu Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
